FYI Resources Limited (the "Company") has lodged a prospectus with the Australian and Securities Investments Commission ("ASIC") on 27 November 2009 to raise up to $2,500,000 at 20 cents per share ("Prospectus")

● a priority offer to the shareholders of the Company with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand ("Freedom Priority Offer");
● a priority offer to the shareholders of Empire Resources Limited with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand ("Empire Priority Offer"); and
● a Public Offer.
An application for shares can be made by either:
● printing and completing the relevant application form attached to the electronic Prospectus; or
● completing the relevant application form contained in the printed Prospectus;
and then lodging the relevant completed application form and the application moneys in accordance with the details set out in the Prospectus.

Closing Date
The anticipated closing date of the Empire Priority Offer and the Freedom Priority Offer is 22 January 2010 and the estimated closing date of the Public Offer is 12 Feburary 2010.
The Company reserves the right to vary these dates without prior notice.
Investors are encouraged to submit their application forms as soon as possible.
Expiry Date
The expiry date of the Prospectus is 13 months after the lodgement date.
